Homework 5: All the Chart Types
Here, I have the second set of data for my midterm.
I did the same thing that I did with Belgium last week, except with Venezuela. As you can see, I included the total number of cases, new cases, total deaths, and new deaths. The last three are displayed as bar graphs, and the total number of cases, which is easily the largest number, is displayed as a line that is continuously rising.
Next, I have information on HIV/AIDS in Greenpoint, Brooklyn from the years 2010–2013 graphed in ten different ways.
As you can see, I graphed all of these on Flourish. It was difficult to find so many different ways to graph this information based on the little data I had, and it got sort of repetitive towards the end. In the future, I’m going to try to find a dataset that has more years under its belt.
